The only railroad in Sugito Town is Sugito Takanodai Station on the Tobu Nikko Line, located in the northwest area of the town. Those who live far from that station will have to use Tobu Dobutsu Koen Station or Himemiya Station, which run through Miyashiro Town.
Basically, only the Tobu Line runs around Sugito Town, so if you want to transfer to the JR, you will need to transfer at Kasukabe Station and get off at Omiya Station.
