Located in the southern part of Saitama Prefecture, “Toda City”
is bordered by Minami Ward of Saitama City to the north, Asaka City to the west, Wako City to the southwest, Warabi City and Kawaguchi City to the east, and Itabashi Ward in Tokyo across the Arakawa River to the south.
The city has a population of approximately 141,000 residents and 67,000 households (as of November 1, 2021).
Along the southern Arakawa River in Toda City, the Toda Boat Racecourse “Boat Race Toda” attracts large crowds during race events.
